That’s the least of reasons why it fails...McFarlane uses smaller web patterns, a darker shade of blue and web pits. The eyes aren’t even really McFarlane, the inner corner of the eyes have to be higher on his head.

XM MAY produce one down the road (they must have some type of 1/3 Marvel license since they are making the 1/3 Captain America).

This is a great looking sculpt, but for now I need a comic inspired Iron Spider & a Symbiote Suit Spider-Man to complete my collection more. I have the last PF as the centre piece of my Spider-Man collection & he is hard to beat. I'll have to see what upcoming releases are teased for SDCC & maybe revisit if there is nothing new to add to the wants list?

Yeah that's a good point but last xm Spider-Man was a little weak with that MJ

For this piece think it's exclusive or fail. That little eye is stupid as hell

I think they did great on both portraits, personally prefer the reg over the exclusive. 600$ reg 620$ exclusive would've felt fairer for this though, if SS prices can be called that.

The real question is who's face is more narrow mcfarlane portrait or psylocke haha

In all seriousness though, i think they captured mcfarlane style pretty well.

Seeing all of Spider-Man’s costumes in Far From Home, I know they could’ve done something different with this costume here aside from the weak lines.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

the lines is the only thing that makes McFarlane portrait not fitting in here. I wish someone that designed it see it from the start. Not every Spidey piece has to have McFarlane eyes. I'm digging reg a lot, but EX portrait is an absolute waste
