Base is done.
I primed the whole base white-gray.

Skeleton:
Basic color: Citadel Ushabti bone (airbrush)
Layer: Citadel Contrast Skeleton Horde (brush)
Lightening: Citadel Ushabti bone (brush)
Depths: Citadel Seraphim Sepia (Brush)
A touch of black: Vallejo Model Air 71.057 (Airbrush)

Rest of the base:
Black with: Vallejo Model Air 71.057 (Airbrush)
Blood: Citadel Blood for the Blood God (brush)
Basic highlight: Vallejo Model Air Blue Gray 71.057 (dry brush)
Highlight: Mix 60:40 -> Vallejo Model Air Blue Gray 71.057: Vallejo Chrome 71.064 (dry brush)





Looks really creepy

Now I just have to think about how to make the cape.

I found a purple (Vallejo Model Color 70.959) that goes with Catwoman's bike and gives the mask a few accents. Originally I wanted to paint the red / white mask from the render, but the colors don't fit into the picture. Then I decided on the purple one. Now the mask has the three colors of the bike.
I made the head of the cat on the collar gold (Citadel Base Retributor Armour) with metallic green eyes. The metallic green (Army Painter Glitter Green) is really shiny

I'm done with my second statue

I primed the cape black and then painted it with Army Painter Royal Purple Metallic. The lows just a touch and the highs a bit stronger. Everything with the airbrush
Then drybrush the tips with a mixture (60:40) of Royal Purple Metallic and Vallejo Metal Medium 70.521

I should have wet sanded a few places on the little cape (that hangs over her arm) a little better. I might still do it.
Now I am happy that it is finished
