I think PCS vastly over-estimated the demand for that version. everyone bought the other one.

They're using Sideshow as a dumping ground, for instock items too, since they're nearby. I can't blame them for being pragmatic, but exclusives should remain exclusives.

Actually, we are partnering more and more with Sideshow. But, Snake I hear you on the exclusives. We are actually going to get better with Retail vs. Exclusives for your exact reason above. We are trying to work more and more with our distributors. Maybe we do a regular, ex (that distributors can still get) and then a PCS exclusive. But, I'm open to ideas. I'm open to any ideas and help from the community to help us do right by you guys.

I remember Jerry started selling direct and got out of Sideshow to keep more of his cut, which made sense at the time. But if things are better now, I think a good chunk of regulars can be sold there while giving PCS more visibility.
I'm not bothered by Sagat being there - I just realized it's the "regular" without the torso, but they labeled it EX.
