I really enjoy Moon Knight. Sadly he has not been able to sustain a long running series. This page popped up on ebay and I wasn't even aware of the existence of the title. Thought it looked cool so I snagged it for a good deal.
I simply love this cover. It's got the crisis Flash death scene coupled with the Detroit JLA floating heads. This was on Romitamans website for about 7 months before we made a deal in San Diego.
I blame Octavio for my owning this piece. We were walking around SDCC picking up his art when I saw this page. Great price so grabbed it.
Most Kids of the 80s who collected comics loved Rom. I fondly remember tracking down all the issues and thinking how cool it was to own them. RE-reading them today they are not as cool as I remembered. This page caused some commotion as it was listed on ebay without a best offer. Someone inquired about an outright purchase and the seller responded nope, unless it's an offer we can't refuse. So I made a crazy offer and got the page. This set off a chain reaction of people complaining to the seller and on CAF. Well it's now taking a proud place In my collection.
