Probably the only disappointment I've had with Sideshow customer service.
Necklace arrived broken on my orders. Contacted them that very day,
was told PCS was in the process of making replacements,
no estimated timeframe or information.
They never gotten back to me, then they said
since it is past 30 days they can't do anything about it.
No replacements or partial reimbursements.
It took over 30 days to even get replacements made,
(half a year for the first batch iirc & none were sent to me)
Forgetting to update me on the situation until it's too late
shouldn't be my fault, nor running out of replacements.
So enforcing that policy to deny any compensation is ridiculous.
It is what it is. Sometimes life can be lame.
