that really sucks, did you get to keep the statue? my statue just arrived and im am going through it right now to see any thing broken. also going through your pictures and gonna see if my statue damaged on those areas. it is very risky buying statues with wings. if not carefully packed, they can break.

I'm pretty sure those pictures were just 3D models anyway or the faces were photoshopped heavily

While Prime1 didn't introduce any Elden ring, there was Malenia Garage kit in summer wonder festival of 2023. hopefully some one makes it into a figure or statue. there was Dark soul 2 garakit or desert sorceress while back introduced but no one made a actual figure. I included the picture below

Did you find anything broken? Actually, there was more damage than expected. The statue base had some small cracks, but nothing super serious or glaring noticeable.

I haven't gotten a refund from Specfiction yet. I emailed them asking why it's taking so long. They told me 5-7 days, but it has been more than 20 days.

I'm considered buying another statue if I can find another at a reasonable price, but I haven't. All of these statues listed are being sold by resellers at ridiculous prices.
