1 month for me now. Still no response to my emails about subzero ex replacement. I had a reply from Audrey saying she will get back to me asap but nothing so far.

I guess I should consider myself fortunate that I even got my SZ replacement even though he came with a busted leg. Sounds like nobody else has even gotten that far yet.

I think if it's more than two week, they haven't got the message.

Well I see no improvement since they added another person to help with customer service. I've sent an email every 5 days for a month now and no one has responded since they told me my replacement would be shipped out in 5 days, that being over a month ago. And they are not going into anyone's spam folder because they have answered some. You would think that this be a company priority with the amount of people complaining about customer service. SMH
