It is kinda hard to think we as the Yankees would ever lose a guy like Cano...But no way I would have wanted them to take that contract. I really thought they might since they overpaid for Ell's. But as great as Cano is/was here you maybe get another 6 years out of him then what? Bad enough we have Arod on the books and doing nothing.
And to be honest there are times I hated Cano, he did not hustle and cost us many times.
To me there is one guy in Baseball right now worth that kinda $$...Trout. that's it!
Now for the Mets I think Grandy will help alot, but I hope for your sake (and my Brother's who is a die hard) they spend some more cash...No matter what, Mets need to understand this is NY.. and it's a HUGE market...You will make it back in Attendence, just spend!
