Normally I would have to Say IM wins this one. But really who knows...
Given the Fact these are stories written by people who know they will be facing one another, Then Batman and IM will both be prepared for one another. So They will both probably go Toe to Toe for a long while, but in the End if neither had any Gagets left to overcome the other, Then its down to skilled fighting And Stark is left in the Dust there.
Just like someone mentioned before if they ever had a Deadliest Warrior match of Hero Vs Hero, those guys would do have them at their best, and in the end all their weapons and Gagets would prob cancel one another out ..that is until it came down to Bare bones with just your fists as weapons...And as I stated berfore Batman wins.

Yes - he has a publicly shared Microsoft Exchange Calendar.
The problem is he always tentatively accepts appointments and then changes them at the last minute when he hasn't had enough time to prepare between fights. He may be a great fighter and strategist, but on personal time management he is really poor.
Don't get me started on when he reschedules and there is an appointment conflict...

Iron Man. All day, every day. Strategically speaking, Bats might have a slight advantage. Tony is smarter, more powerful & has better tech.
Tony's tech has been improved to counter all the stolen tech being used by super-villains in the MU, so I'm sure he won't have any trouble with Bat's more primitive tech.

not before Iron Man finds his opponents weakness, which is, as twoferflinchin said, he's not as smart, not as strong and has inferior tech
