Brian Lopez-Santos

Hey everyone,

I wanted to drop you a note and let you know about an artist I've commissioned in the past. His name is Brian Lopez-Santos and he's an up-and-coming artist in California.

I've had a few pieces done by him and I've been thrilled with each and every one of them.

I've attached some examples of his work.

Anyway, here is his contact information. His typical price for pencil/pen drawings is $25 and his paintings are $50. Shipping is additional, but it's always reasonable.

He's always done solid work and has a fair turnaround time.

Tell him Sam sent you.

LOL... it is, actually. He was doing some pose work and was using some photos as reference. And then he turned her into Rogue.

He tossed it in one of my commission boxes as a gift. I dig it.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

He said he's snagged some work from someone here on the forum, so I'll just pass along his thanks. Glad to see you like his work. I am very interested in following his career and seeing how he grows.

That would be me. For the price I had to give him a shot. I really liked the Detective Comics Catwoman sample. I asked for a fun piece with Batgirl (Stephanie Brown), Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark), and Supergirl, with them having a sleepover. Something cute, but a little sexy.
Brian was great to work with. We discussed ideas and details. He constantly kept me in the loop. I couldn't be happier with the transaction.
Sam, thanks for sharing Brian's art with us.
