No just one LOTR MB line.
The actual size (height wise) is larger than the Star Wars MBs only because of the drawer style base. All the SW busts have a uniform/generic 1" circular base. The LOTR bases vary with some well over 2" tall. So most of the LOTR busts tower of the SW busts.
If you're to compare actual scale however - head/hand/arm size you will see that they are relatively the same 1/6 scale. As for the Ringwraith he is just a big character. The fact that they're hooded and have no features outside of their hands makes it even difficult to compare scale but he appears the same to me.
