Ill second that. Also it gives one the opportunity to not miss out on piece you really want but didnt have all the funds readily available at the time. That in itself is beyond the measure of monthly payments.

So the PGM 10% discount just became irrelevant. It is now a way to help pay for tax.

3 days is bs. I'm sure most of us get statues and set aside time to check them out. Either at night or on the weekend. If a statue arrives early in the week you now have to check it immediately.

3 days just sounds bad. Like those retailers I don't go to because they decide to have all sales final or limited returns policy. I went to a Gamestop once that had a card on the table saying we reserve the right to decline returns or some nonsense like that. I told them that Gamestop receipts usually say 30 days but they told me they would ignore the receipt. I walked out and never gave them my business. Yes GG still takes returns but 3 days makes it sound like they don't want to.

Is it 3 days return after u receive the product or is it 3 days return after they ship the product. Either way, it's very short.

Three days to contact GG after receiving the item. So if you get it on Monday you have till I would assume end of Thursday to contact them about a problem. And I hope all their paperwork for invoices and their site is updated with the new email addresses so there isn't a problem.

It's just silly. Only companies that don't want to provide good customer service (or usually wrongly think their customer service is being abused) do stuff like this.

30 days is pretty much standard. The lower companies try to go to 15 days. This is the first company I've heard with 3 days.

Haven't read many posts about GG poor QC or people returning their items. Why do you think they have reduced the period of time to inspect and report?

I would assume people doing returns that we don't hear about on the forum. Or new policy from the company that purchased them. Probably wanting to make sure every sale quickly sticks and not have to deal with returns.

Maybe if they have less people doing returns now they can shift them to updating the website. I still have things that were shipped months ago not marked as shipped and not getting the reward points for them yet.

That 3 day window is ridiculously short, and the number seems rather arbitrary. 5 business days should be the minimum if not 10 days.
