Got the same email from BBTS. I’m pretty selective about my Batman B&Ws and really want this one, so I’ll pay the extra amount.

I agree, the McFarlane one will be my third overall B&W, I just think it's kind of nonsense to offer the product for pre-order at a certain price and then increase the price afterward by a pretty large percentage. Can't remember seeing that before in the statue game, honestly.

Combined with the declining QC at various factories, I'm basically gonna stop collecting non-PVC statues. The aggravation isn't worth it.
I'm no fan of Trump or tariffs, but only half of the price hike can be attributed to the 15% tariff. The rest is pure DC. Let's hope they're planning to put the money towards a better factory that will have higher QA standards.

My Silvestri Bats came in and it looks spectacular. Thankfully, no QC issues with mine. I have him displayed on my computer desk. Just seemed appropriate.

It's happened before.

Entertainment Earth initially listed Gotham Garage Batgirl for $100 then jacked up the price to $300.

Would like to see a Don Netwon piece. Totally underrated Batman artist with a long run drawing Detective and Batman back in the day.

Totally agree! At least DC did a book dedicated to his Batman art which I bought as soon as it was published. I’m really stunned how much Amazon is asking for it now!
