Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

My replacement parts are on their way.

Let's hope they fit, work and look good then I can ignore this company for ever.

Well my replacement legs came in for MK 7 1/2 scale and...they are broken too. Anyone in the Jersey Shore area know a good repair person? Smh

I still need to reply to the replacement email, but DarkSide want me to return the torso I have first. Not going to happen, exactly for the reason posted above. If the replacement arrives damaged I'll be in a worse situation and facing another 12month wait for a replacement.
Like col I'll never being purchasing from imagnarium again as they pretend to care about the customer right up to the point where they have your money then they quite clearly couldn't give two sh!ts about the customer

Oh for those not in the know, not only did IA take months and months to send replacements they refused to pay the shipping on them, forcing the distributors to cover the shipping costs. A class act this company.

I COULD ******* SCREAM RIGHT NOW!!!

After a year waiting for replacement parts nothing ******* fits!!!

The 1:1 helmet won't slide into the base after half hour trying.

Moved onto the replacement torso for my 1:2 MK VII Statue, 1,400 it cost me.

The torso seemed very wobbly, put the right arm in which was also quite loose. Put my hand under the arm to support it and let go. The whole torso lent to the right resulting in the arm falling out!

Feel like crying! This company could finish me off!

Sh!t sorry to hear that mate, that was my other fear (other than breakage in transit) that the replacement parts wouldn't fit. I know from experience these things are normally paired up when they're made so they fit together well. This is the exact reason I wouldn't break my torso or send it back before receiving a replacement (which I've still to reply about ). Luckily it's just the light on mine not working so looks like I'll be stuck with that which tbh is no biggie.
I hope somehow you get it sorted

IA made me & Darkside wait a year.

IA refused to cover shipping from them to Darkside nor from Darkside to me.

I can't see them offering a solution right now.

Feel sorry for the predicament Darkside are in, Maria has been fantastic, but I've got 1,700 worth of useless polystone right now.

Whole episode has been a nightmare. Even if the arm didn’t fall and break I've still got an item not fit for purpose.

Waiting to hear back from Darkside.
Citizens Advice Bureau is over the road from me. GUTTED!

Yeah DarkSide have been great with me also, it's bad they're 900+ out of pocket because of the terrible way imagnarium handled this.
