They’ve fixed it so they’re cut off to anything other than rolling out New Preorders.
They removed any noise makers from the FB group. Stopped answering the phone and emails.
They point to Sideshow, and SS does their best to manage whatever they can (thank goodness for them in this case).
They tried the same tactic here, by recruiting MODS and then trying to control the comments section, but when the SF community could not be bought and silenced, they left completely.
