Listing something at $2000 is different to getting $2000
Good luck to the seller. $500 seems a fairer price.

I used these frames (I couldn't use the tallest ones because my basement ceilings aren't high enough):

These are the shelves for the PAX:

https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/komplem...rown-80277971/

I then bought these to put under the shelves for reinforcement and to prevent bowing (you can spray paint them black to blend in better):

These are the lights:

https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/norrfly...olor-80332307/

You will need other components to hook the lights up that are sold on the site as well. It depends on whether you want remote control or to turn them on manually. Just scroll down and read what other components are needed.

These are the sliding door frames I bought. You just don't use the middle brackets:

https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/pax-pai...lack-40250271/

Then I had acrylic sheets cut to put inside the frames. The exact measurements for mine were: 39.625 inches wide X 77 inches tall X 0.187 inches thick (go with 0.062 tolerance which is standard)

You can order the acrylic sheets here if you don't have a local place in town, but any cabinet or glass place should be able to do them for you:

Thanks for this info its this size I need you see for what I have already and what I have on pre order. I am quite new to collecting on this scale but since i have i realised i needed proper storage to help with dust and other things. I make my Mrs smoke on the front these days so my fabric capes on the statues don't end up smelling of smoke.

Note if you don’t properly seal your cabinets, nothing will stop the stench from a cigarette from messing with your statues, as it will get through almost any gap.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Cool. There is a gap at the bottom where dust can still get in. You could probably just put boards or something down there. I was mostly just trying to keep my nephews away. Prime 1 has also made a few statues too deep for a PAX. My Doomsday wouldn't fit.

Thanks!
Your Doomsday wouldn't fit? I would be gutted if that happened I've ordered the black superman variant of the hush superman and yours can fit in so mine will be fine the measurements are identical plus mine has no cape. This will be the biggest i have my others are 1/4 scale so i am ok for now. Thanks for the info its really detailed too.

Yeah they’re the Norrfly lights. It’s all linked in that post above.

Beautiful post! Thank you so much =)

Just another question - how do you replace the glass in the sliding doors with the acrylic sheets you bought? Do you have to break the sliding doors open and reseal/reglue them back together, or is there already a way to slide out the glass that comes with it?

Thanks again!
