GOTG 3 - 7/10
Not as heart wrenching as I thought it was going to be, definitely a little darker than the last couple marvel attempts however. This is not a departure from Gunns previous movies so expect the same tone more or less. I liked this one way more than the last but not as much as the first

Slow going. Towards the end i was really into it.
As great as it was, admittedly it was depressing.

You should have known from the title of the film that it is a depressing film. The title is Melancholia, duh. I like Lars Von Trier films, but i haven't watched this one yet.

Planet must be an allegory for Lars' periodical depression. When it hits, it hits hard... Oh man... I was checking out the film and I didn't know Lars Von Trier has Major Depressive Disorder sickness. It kind of looks similar to being bipolar... I used to be bipolar. I got cured though. (:

I did not think there was a cure for bipolar, only bipolar management.

God damn it... I thought it was cured... I am on madications and it is under control then. :/ I thought the madications were for my other mental sicknesses. I have like 5 mental sicknesses. I am messed up...
