This turned out great, the chains are easily the worst part though.

Nice...I love me some sculpted robes, and Spawn lends himself well to that.

Yep, it honestly would have been perfect otherwise. But I'm not sure what the options would have been. Sculpted chains made of PVC or similar I guess, shaped into the flared positions. But then the links would have been filled in like with the original proto.
