It's pretty much a life style for me now.
I shifted the focus from collectibles into building my own home gym.
I'm in there 4-5 times a week for a minimum of 90 mins.

Before starting to gym, i tried to do some push ups and cruch and stuff on my own at home, but i just can't get motivated. I did it once or twice or something and i just didn't feel like doing it anymore.
When i go to a gym, i get motiveted. Also it is not just the necessary work out machines and weights and everything. You really need a work out program and a trainer to show you how to do all the moves in the program in the right way.
This makes all the difference. If you do the movements wrong, it is just a waste of time, and money.
There are people like that in my gym who doesn't listen to the Professional body builder trainer in the gym when he warns them that they do the movement wrong and they should do it this way or that way, but they just don't listen him, keep on working out the same wrong way and don't get any results.

I been lifting for almost 30 years every workday for 2+ hours. Its very simple go as heavy as you can and do as many reps as you can, day after day...period!
Never touched steroids and will never touch it. Reason, cuz what the devil gives the devil takes plus! Sure you look amazing and your super strong and lean. But remember not to forget that injection every week cuz if YOU DO forget that injection you will lose EVERYTHING PLUS. Sure, if you're going professional and have the physique for it, i can understand the reason to join the DARKSIDE but to look good or walk around the beach...Makes no sense putting ur heath at dramatic risk taking hard narcotics.NONE!

I almost took the plunge but just radically changed my diet and went Carnivore.
Also eliminated processed foods, soft drinks, alcohol and my sugar.
Lost about 45lbs and my gains are probably the best they've ever been. Knocking out 3 plates on the ISO Incline Press with no problem now.

There are training ways that will make you gain more muscle in less time and ofcourse, there are people with all kinds of different metabolisms. Something that works for one people might not work for another and some people are stronger and gain more muscle in short time than others or there are people like Steve Rogers, there is no way for those people to gain any muscle without steroids.
And i can't really speak without seeing your built. All I can say is people don't pay alot of money for personal trainers for nothing.
