I thought AP's were meant to be opened and checked and approved by the statue makers? So how exactly can an AP be sealed and never opened?

I cut through the tape holding the two pieces of styrofoam together. I suppose someone could have resealed it after opening it with more tape. Not a hard thing to do. I was able to repair it and get it all back together. It broke in spots that are not noticeable when put back together and near joints. Looks really good next to the Harley and Hyenas.

Glad you were able to fix it. If a break occurs, I love it when you can put the pieces together without anyone noticing.
