Yes, considering what we get it's getting stupid with these prices. EX head is nice but would've preferred Kendra Saunders variant. Gonna wait and see if leaning issues arise.

I find it interesting the blog post says unmasked portrait and doesn’t use a name at all. Maybe sideshow doesn’t even know who they made? Lol. Not Shayera or Kendra... like they just made “Hawkgirl” and used photo references to make a realistic version. They have her with John and from what I know isn’t that relationship just a cartoon thing? That’s probably what they know. I didn’t think it was ever in the comics.

Hawkgirl is still a character I only partially understand. I know Shayera because of the cartoon but I realize they did their own version of the character really. I know Kendra a bit from when she was in some Justice League issues I read, she was hooking up with Red Arrow.

But these characters were heavily affected by reboots in the worst way. Hawkgirl and even Hawkman are worse than Psylocke when it comes to convoluted history and continuity lol. Apparently in the current continuity both Kendra and Shayera co-exist.

Hawkgirl is always technically Shiara. She was reincarnated to Kendra, but still Shiara..

Hawkgirl and hawkman are hardly the only characters. DC continuity is a mess after the N52 and rebirth reboots.
