Thanks Majestic1! I never would have heard of The Borderlands w/o your post. I checked out the trailer, & now I gotta see it.

Joe: 7/10 quite a depressing look at middle America starring Nick Cage. Every now and again Nick makes a movie and reminds the audience of what a great actor he can be. Wish he would not make so much crap but I guess his financial woes means he needs to make money.
Just did some reading on the actor who played the drunk father. Bit of a tragic life as he was a real life tramp and drunk who died before the movies release. He was also drunk through most of the movie and still managed to give an amazing performance.

The Conjuring, 7.5/10. Not bad, it had some decent scares in it.
You're Next, 7/10. Pretty good. Would have preferred the killers left the masks on.

Return of the Jedi (BR) 9/10
Really loved the change at the end scene from Sebastien to Hayden.

You're killing me. That change makes no sense. Luke should be saying "who's that kid with you guys?"

I would like to think that Luke knew through the force that Hayden was his father.

Not at all, honestly.
I have the upmost respect for Sebastian Shaw, as he captured one of the most memorable and emotional scenes in the entire 6 movie saga, and he should be remembered for that, not a little hologram.
I just feel (in my opinion) that it made much more sense for continuity , now that the prequels had been released, that viewers could associate the far left character as Anakin and not some random old man. Furthermore, I believe depicting Anakin as a boy was like showing him in as much light as possible before his turn to the dark side. Coupled with the new beautiful song of the final scene, really encapsulated the theme of 'time' and how much has passed since the beginning of the Skywalker saga, and by showing Hayden/Anakin smiling again gave a real overwhelming sense of closure and peace.
Don't shoot me now, just my opinion, and whatever makes my viewing a better experience
