Not for a while yet, all these previews are pieces to be PO'd this year. Cortex is in physical and painted and hes not up for order until July.
This is only a render of Morrigan so i'd guess she'll at least be after Cortex.

I just hope she's not the only character they do.

She's been in development for years as part of their Capcom line....i wouldn't expect an entire DS like at all.
It'll probably just be Morrigan.
