dose Sideshow need a captcha when signing up

Hello guys
I was signing up for Sideshow website,but as I finished all the blank and click create account,the system told me that captcha incorrect,please try again.But there is no captcha to fill in.
Is it a bug to website or just me mistake?

Yes there is a " I am not a robot" option at the bottom of the form, ticking the tickbox gives u an option to verify,for example it will ask you to choose the pictures with trees or houses from a bunch of pics.

Try a different browser , if the pop is not showing up could just be ypur security settings, try from your phone if possible.
