i agree, i think When Distortions mold the head, they mold the face and the crown in 1 piece, it should be 2 piece, everything else looks great compare to the SWS 1/4 maquette.
my favorite parts on her are the legs, so sexy high heel
lot of research on the colors/paints, cant wait to finish this.

It's too bad it wasn't in resin. It would be much easier to improve/clean up. And it wouldn't deform over the years. I don't know why distortions always used foam.

yes, i like FULL resin, BUT this is a gigantic figure, SHIP something like this in resin, most likely get damage in many pieces or spots, too easy get messup, no way i want it in resin, too many issues, and expensive.
when Distortions made this, they made it with very strong material, the total weight on the whole fig, is 861 lbs!!!
the metal armature inside are very well made, i carefully exam all the parts, all still in very good condition for its age. after i clean it up, she is one beautiful B!tch, Distortions painted her like ocean blue colors, i will add my details/paints later.

What he said.
Then if you have the space to display her properly, keep it. If not, sell it to a museum or collector who does.

Gotta agree here. It's a very cool piece to have, but you need to re work the head and some of the other parts to make it _THE_ Queen. And displaying it nicely it's a big part of how cool it will look in the end. I agree with DP comments, I would sell it if I didn't have a proper place to display it. It needs a nice "set up" to really shine.
To me the biggest problem will be fixing the latex parts that are deteriorating/deforming(I can see some spots in the picture bellow that are "opened"). I had a 1989 latex Bat suit that was very beat'd up, came from the original molds, but I just couldn't fix it to my taste so I ended up selling at a loss. Fixing deteriorating latex is a very difficult job. Good luck with your project!
