It's true that XM's is a bit oversized but man I think SS is making their x-men statues 1/5 and just saying they're 1/4

Honestly, I think I prefer the short haired portrait on the XM. The short haired portrait is perfect. I just wish it worked a little better with the switch out gun hand, because I'm not a big fan of the dagger.

The larger XM piece doesn't bother me just cuz she's a shape shifter and can make herself bigger than a dude anyways, lol

That size difference is pretty jarring, she looks like an amazon lol. Yeah shes a shape shifter but she never makes herself a larger version of herself

I guess the pics that we need to see are more of what the two Mystique's look like next to other statues, XM and Sideshow ones.
Is the XM version still larger than other statues? Is the XM version just larger than the Sideshow version but still looks fine next to other statues, etc etc... ?

Hmmm, what about other statues from xm? Has anyone tried comparing her to say Black Widow or Cpt Marvel? Maybe there is a size creep.

 I think you can remove these two words.
I don't own both Mystique, but I just compared my three SSC ( the Harbottle WW, Red Sonja and Lady Deadpool )with the XM Batgirl, all are about 44 cms ( 17,32 inches) sized. Which is correct for 1/4.
The XM Mystique looks like a giant in the 1/4 world. She probably needed a centimetre/inch converter...

there is no doubt that XM botched the scale on Mystique but I'm not 100% sure that SS is making their X-Men statues at the correct scale either, it does seem some of them look more like 1/4.5 scale then true 1/4 scale.
