Agreed. The gold neck tag looks massive.
As far as i can tell. The tag should not be wider than the head. Also, it shouldn't touch the chin, but sit lower.
Also, Harley's top appears to have a pattern pattern on it.

Definitely. Not a bad thing, but the likeness is hanging by a thread on this prototype. Too much room to fail between this and the production piece to consider a PO but I will keep it on my radar. If they can fix the eyes on both this and the Joker, I think they would make a standout set.
