Outsider looking in...

I heard he wants more jobs for Americans so any company manufacturing goods in China, for example, and importing will face much higher taxes.

Collecting is already expensive enough for us poor international collectors.

^That's the plan and pulling out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership was just the first step. I won't say anything further, as politics insight hate and immaturity, something this forum doesn't need any help with. If politics affect Chronicle or its customers in anyway, they'll be sure to let us know. Until then, we should probably lay off.

So many executive orders can't keep track on them all.

Technically the TPP was never officially joined by the us and executive orders is nothing new and every president has done them from the beginning you just usually don't hear about them.

Whether or not its a good thing or not but either way the price increases will most likely be felt by us. This also is a sensative subject which never ends well.

As the tax law stands, statues and toys are not taxed duties entering the USA. If this were to change it would raise costs across the board for all US companies.

I've wanted to sell my 1/20 scale 95 Ford Explorer and give up from making a custom base, since I didn't have all the parts for custom work, but then BOOM! I've managed to score the wheels, grill, lights and bumpers for $5 on Ebay!
