This might be the best year in terms of highly anticipated films for me since 1984 when Ghostbusters, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Star Trek III: The Search for Spock and Gremlins came out.
Hard to pick just one favorite but for me Blade Runner 2049 tops my list. Not only is the original film one of my all time favorites but I think the Blade Runner universe is full of expansion potential. Everything seems to be in place for it to deliver too. Perfect Director, excellent cast and if the first teaser is any indication the most important aspect seems to have been nailed and that's the atmosphere/mood. I simply cannot wait.

The Thor/Hulk/Doctor Strange team-up for me.
One of the Marvel cinematic universe movies is always my most anticipated, but never my favorite when the year is over--which tends to be some small, artsy-fartsy foreign thing.

Hard to choose between GotG 2 and SW: TLJ. I thin I'll pick GotG 2.
