Fact is, Ant&Mark delivered Mileena 1/3 to an exception level. How would Mileena 1/3 have turn out if Jerry had gotten involved in the factory selection process?

As this is an ongoing legal matter i wont be responding to anything in this thread. Im just hoping some of you come and watch the proceedings and hear the truth.

But even if you cannot, the court allows the trial transcripts to be released, which I will be doing, and that alone should clear up the massive obfuscation thats been going on the past few years.

Feel free to start posting transcripts at any time Jerry. As of now this feels like déjÃ- vu.

You post here promoting/promising some update, then vanish for weeks and months with zero update/information.

You said it yourself, you were not a good business man, and never wanted to be.

Put your money where your mouth is and make with the transcripts.
