Alita Battle Angel

Went to this with my son today. We both enjoyed it quite a bit. I couldn't find a thread for it so I guess no one on the forum cares about it or is planning to go see it? Just wondered as I thought it was great!

Oh, there is interest indeed, but people are just using the Prime 1 thread to comment on it.

I had a good time watching it and hope for a very unlikely sequel

This movie was awesome. Reports are suggesting movie will underwhelm in the box office this weekend and I can see this movie developing a cult following in 10 years. I knew nothing about this character before seeing it and now a big fan.

I saw the film yesterday and absolutely loved it. Don't pay attention to critic reviews. They are way off base. The VFX are very impressive and the narrative is solid. I plan to see it again in the theater and I rarely do that these days. Hopefully we get a sequel. This film deserves one.
