From the admins on the P1 Facebook group, it's beginning to sound like 1/4 Aliens of any kind are not in the plans due to licensing issues.

That sucks to hear :/ Was hoping for 1/4th. I'm surprised they did two different poses but happy about it as I'm not a fan of the standing straight up one that much. Might be priced out at 1/3 though.

I wasn't expecting two separate statues. I'm not even sure which one I prefer, although I like the closed mouth head more. I do agree that the back walls are over kill and distract from the main focus.
