Thank you, Gonk

Just wanted to give a public thanks to Gonk for helping me out with my Psylocke statue issues. He went above and beyond any customer service I've ever received from any statue company or support group out there. Thanks again for all your help

I bought a defective Deadpool off eBay, told the seller who in turn notified Koto about it. Once Koto saw the pics of the defect they (Koto, not the seller) sent me a new Deadpool, didn't even ask for the old one back. Don't know of many companies that would do that.

Wow, that's really above and beyond! To back an item beyond its original ownership... Actually, I'm finding it awfully hard to think of a single company who'd do something like that.

I've also been quite impressed with Gonk's helpfulness and professionalism on the boards here (especially in the light of sometimes-less-than-fully-polite criticisms). I know it's good business sense to maintain a professional attitude, but it's also the decent thing to do.
