That must mean the overall size and dimension of the piece then. That Bermejo Batman next to it is 1/3 and the figure itself sort of dwarfs the Capullo Bats.

Perhaps it's in the middle of 1/3 and 1/4. I do agree the other Bats is huge

have they seen the above picture? this is much smaller than the bermejo damned batman and slightly larger than the batman inc statue. looks to be a perfect 1/4 scale
