Ornstein is Wow!

I haven't followed much of the talk regarding F4F's Dark Souls line but Im assuming they're going to make Smough to go with Orny?

I'm rabid on DS stuff but i personally wouldn't buy Smough because :

1 i hate the design of Smough, it's just not cool or appealing.

2 it would cost a ---- ton, Ornstein is going to be pushing it price wise ( maybe 600 bucks or more? ) and Smough would be even more due to his size and the size of the hammer.

3 I'd much prefer them to do other characters,

I doubt they would make Smough...because he would have to be so damn huge to fit with ornstein's size - and he would be so damn expensive. So unless they have a very high demand for Ornstein I don't think they will make smough.

Any idea what the measurements are? The base seems a little tall, it could be for pairing up with Smough

I already have Artorias and Sif is on the way, but I don’t know if I should slow down now that Prime 1 has the license

I don't think orenstein is going to be 600 he's like a standard 1/4 scale size

Is Artorias 1/4 scale? Cause he was close to the $600 mark IIRC.

I believe Artorias is a lot taller than Ornstein in the game, but I am not sure. He is one sixth scale. Artorias stands far taller than a human.

I know that within the game both Artorias and Ornstein are considered in the race that is larger than a human, but smaller than a giant, the name escapes me ATM.

First4 has Artorias listed as 1/4 scale at 21 inches tall from top of his head to the bottom of his base. Perhaps we can draw a comparison in price if anyone knows approximately how tall the Ornstein statue is.

Artorias is a bit larger than Ornstein but Alex alrerady confirmed that they are making a free adaptation in scale, so they have the size of a 1/4 piece, while the actual scale of the character might vary between 1/4 to 1/6.

It has also been stated that Ornstein will be a bit more expensive than Arty. If I'm not mistaking, Arty was something in the lines of 400-500$ and I expect Ornstein to be around 600.
