Grown Ups 2
5/10 An Adam Sandler fan but this was weaker than the first. Some funny moments but didn't really see any point in the movie

I rarely see a point in any of his movies. Not a AS fan.

While his movies are far from Shakespeare, the first one was not too bad and actually had a story and point. The second one was a complete waste of time and there was pretty much no story at all and just an excuse to go from one scene with crude jokes to the next.

Interstellar - 7/10
Interesting and thought provoking but misses the mark a bit in terms of creating something on the grand/ambitious scale this was obviously going for. McConaughey is brilliant as usual and elevates the dramatic moments beautifully. As a huge fan of Nolan I was honestly expecting just a bit more in terms of Sci-Fi spectacle.

The Wolf of Wall Street - 5.5/10
This film's running time is much like it's subject matter, bloated and full of excess. While not all bad, after all it's still Scorsese, it's just a bit too indulgent and repetitive for my taste. Some great LOL moments and solid performances keep it slightly above average however.

Snowpiercer - 6.5/10
The is a pretty cool (pun intended) film. Original concept and some nice set design keep you invested. Unfortunately I feel the confined restrictions keep it a bit limited. Kind of surprised by all the critical acclaim it has received. Not a bad film by any means just not one of the year's best as it's being touted.

Yeah. Didn't do a lot for me. Once was enough.
