It's not 100% correct, although it appears to be closer than the recent Hot Toys Black Widow Infinity War offering.
I'm sure Hot Toy production pieces will be better quality.

Based on these two videos, i guess it is safe to assume, Threezero are no match compared to Hot Toys when it comes to production pieces matching the prototype.

I never knew there was a deluxe edition. Nice art box and that's about it.

Threezero is best when it comes to robots and such. Human likenesses are not their strong suit.

Their prototype looks quite good. The production piece looks different to the prototype.

I find the design of the tactical outfit boring and visually interesting. The movie production design folks failed on this one.
