I am surprised with xm, my ivy came with a broken thorn on the base, the break blends in well.....my guess is they either used a colored resin or the break possibly happened before thry painted. I would just glue it back on but the broken thorn was not in the box.
Ultimately its a small issue that i can live with....i am also dealing with a much bigger issue on my catwoman.
I was very surprised when i got this answer from xm "XM noted that there were no breakages on ivy thorn as they did not spot any white lining. "
I cant believe they said there was no breakage...anyone else have thorns that look like this?

To me, looks like it snapped off after it was painted.

The one picture looks like it's white resin but the other two look like It was painted the same color as the other roots. I'm guessing the one with the white is just glare from the light... I would say it broke before it was painted... It looks to smooth to say it's part of the design... I would rate it as a very minor issue but still annoying for what you pay for these things..

It looks like it broke before it was painted, then the factory painted over it. If it was my piece, I would let it slide because it blends in so well because it is painted over. If it was a white blemish and I had to try and match paints -- it would be getting fixed by XM.

They are in a very small plastic bag and very easy to miss. I thought at first that they forgot to add them in my box, but I found them eventually.
Good luck with getting them in tho, it's a pain in the ass. X-)
