I collect all sorts of movie related 'art'. I've got original posters, original storyboards, pop culture art referencing movies and now I've been well and truly bitten by the mondo bug.
Some of my storyboards (like my Alien, Blade Runner, Terminator pieces) came very nicely framed with COA's but I haven't gotten around to framing any of my mondos yet. For now, I'm just really enjoying the whole mondo vibe (especially sharing pics, upcoming releases, etc with everyone here).

I've be collecting single and double sided official movie posters for a long time now. I had them in cheap 27x40 frames. I pretty much slowed down when I saw that the official posters began to put little to no effort into their designs. Most of the ones I still have are from older movies. I have a few Struzan posters and ones that more resemble his style.
When Mondo caught my attention my interest in movie posters was reignited. I love art, but I think I love movies even more... and Mondo has brought them both together with style. I went a little crazy when I first discovered them, I purchased at least 12 prints in the span of two months. I decided to refocus the direction I wanted my collection to go in, and after selling most of them I am now down to 5. I guess it might be considered 6 if you count the Captain America SDCC variant.

I've wanted to collect movie posters for years but never did. Then someone here posted pics of the Star Wars posters that Mondo was putting out and it caught my interest. My first purchase was the Sucker Punch poster earlier this year and I've been hooked ever since.

So far, I've got the following:
- Sucker Punch
- The Mist
- The Walking Dead
- The Aliens Set (and matching GITD variants)
- Manic Cop
- 28 Days Later
- Dawn of the Dead
- Blade 2
- The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
And about two or three others I can't recall at the moment.

That's impressive. Which do you prefer in the Dawn of the Dead prints . . . The reg or the variant ?

Thanks but man you are off to one crazy start. Didn't you just start collecting a few weeks ago?!
Its really a toss of the coin when it comes to the DOTD prints. I'm not really sure which I like better.

Thanks. I was undecided, but ended up getting a regular (in transit).
Yeah I probably started about a month ago . . . These things are the Pringles of the art world I'm really keen to get a few more past pieces (the Tyler Stout Robocop and Alien prints are on my radar at the moment).
I think it was the SP print that was my first too. Thought it would look cool with the GG statues, but once I got it i was hooked.
