A lot of Flash statues make him look goofy or are too stylized (lightning swirls). I just got the 1/6-scale TV version, along with the matching Reverse Flash.

Why they haven't made flash is anyones guess.
Well, us collectors are only the piddly 3% - remember that next time please

The biggest difference between SS and XM is SS only has low edition sizes because there is little to no interest in the statue, if people are interested in the statue the ES soars in the 6k-7k range... Where XM puts a cap on the Edition Size regardless of how popular the statue is.

That's one way you can tell SS is ran by suits where XM is ran by fellow collectors... IMO...

Now that's not an insult to SS it's just their all business.... Another way you can tell is they pretty much ignore collectors input on just about everything.. they put out what they want, if collectors don't like it, then tough it's still coming out as is... business is business with them... At least with SS if you don't like the end product it's fairly easy to return it for a refund...

What plans does Sideshow have for retaining those new casuals? They will drop the hobby as easy as they came.

I'm wary of POing any high ES statue from SS, because I know it will be there for a good 2-3 years.

-SS

You are asking the wrong question.

The right question is what can we do to bring in new buyers (after casuals become collector)? More Batman, more WW, more joker more hulk and more iron man in different format.

The sad thing is it's not just statue companies that do this. Video game companies do the same, as do movie studios. Everything is done with the filthy casuals in mind.
