If Marvel's staff was wise, they would give Clayburn Moore the rights to produce it through CS Moore Studios. I think it's the better thing to do to ensure us of getting the high quality this dio deserves.

I heard that an agreement was very close to making it happen but, a certain someone was greedy and wanted more $$ for it. So, it got the axe.

I heard someone thought his asking price for this sculpt was a fair offer... and the other party got way too greedy and the two parties could not come to an agreement...
