For me, that whole piece would have to be repainted (well all of the figure, not necessarily the base).
As for the Sideshow one, I wonder what the chances are now of getting one with googly eyes. And if there are still replacement heads.

I bought mine at LCS to avoid that issue, sorry for those that got burned.
