Great article until the writer basically admits he knows nothing about comic book commissions, without actually admitting it. Legal (inane) rhetoric aside, Marvel/etc realizes artists need to make a living.

I don’t really have a lot of a problem with the blog. It is not a news site. A blog is just an opinion and the guy states as much in the about me section. He doesn’t claim to be informed on the topic – hopefully he will learn something. I am glad he allows the replies. Agreed – the picture is a great touch.
