Yeah. I ain't saying buy it. But for sub $400 and if the only alternative was Sideshow's old one, then yeah it'd be decent.
And at least with HCG you know to expect mild disappointment instead of being promised the moon only to plummet to the depths of the ocean.
HCG: A mediocre effort for a more reasonable-ish price! Now there's a tagline! I do love their Heavy Metal stuff though.

How is $800 for a 1/4 reasonable-ish?
I still think the PCS 1/4 is the gold standard, if I remember they got some of the original life size movie prop to make play around with it. And the pose was great. I regret selling it?

Comparably more reasonable-ish based just on price, with -ish implying not much more so.
But also more regarding their entire history not just this statue. If you want cheaper statues HCG is your man but they will also look the cheaper part.
