Yeah pain for sure. Taking pics in landscape (phone sideways) is supposed to help prevent it. You can also copy the files into duplicates and edit the EXIF info to srtip out the orientation info.
Then delete the dups once you've uploaded. There may be apps that can do it in bulk. Some sync apps will strip all the EXIF out of images for you.

It can take him a little while. If longer than a week try different emails etc.
Or just post on the Facebook group.

I was told venom was shipping in August but haven't heard anything either from spec fiction. I asked recently and he just said 'any day now'.

Disappointed in the lack of customer service from SF after an email sent weeks ago got no response. Very happy however to get an invoice for shipping and I look forward to seeing this beast in person.
