That's funny. Hot Toys unusually announced this today:
And then Queen Studios / InArt replied with this:

Today we're excited to share a closer look at the headsculpt of our sixth scale The Batman to keep you up to updated on the progress.
How do you think The Batman head sculpt turned out?

Well....I think the "Monarchy" are showing us what a winner looks like - and it's no "warm plaything".

Really want the 1/3, but I’m not fond of the rc remote control car base. Might just settle for this, even though I’m trying to stay away from 1/6.

Looks good. QS price tags for 1/6th scale figures is too high for my wallet.

This shows that competion is good. After InArt reveals their Pattison sculpt, then Hot Toys posts a new in progress head sculpt for theirs.
Right now InArt is just a China only license, but Hot Toys also has that market, so they have to react to retain that market, at least for WB licensed items.
InArt pricing is slightly more than Hot Toys, with their 1 figure Joker about $310. But one does have to pay an added premium via gray market to get it delivered overseas.
We’ll have to wait and see what InAdt production pieces look like.
I am hoping the InArt team provides the headsculpt for the QS 1/6 Selina on Batpod.

As long as you get the sculpted version, the price isn’t too high I think.
