I received my shipping invoice tonight for Darkness, but they made a mistake. I used the 6 month payment plan which included a 10% discount, so the total should have been $899.99 plus shipping. I paid all 6 installments of $149.99 each, but received an invoice today showing that I still owed $100 for Darkness plus $59.71 shipping.

Did anyone else have this issue? I emailed them back, explaining that I used the payment plan which had a 10% discount, so hopefully they will clear things up.

*EDIT* OK, wow, that was fast! I left a PM with Ant Adams on Facebook about this, and he responded VERY quickly and corrected the issue in a matter of seconds once I provided him with the Paypal invoice number I was sent. I am thoroughly impressed, and very appreciative of his quick response. I am really excited that the long wait for Darkness is almost over. This was my first PCS order, and what really made me take notice of Jerry and his work. Thank you Ant and the good people at customer service for all your help.

I had something similar. I transferred a deposit from a cancelled statue over to the ryu set as a credit a week or so ago but it wasn't credited on the invoice, making the invoice $102 higher than it should be. Emailed about it on the 26th but haven't heard back just yet.

Apparently someone else in the UK already has him and is selling him already....although i suspect this is the Radd Titan one already sold on and doing the rounds....

I think Alex from RT is keeping his one. Not sure why this fella is selling this but he's been selling some proper cool stuff of late.

Well i figured the only one that has shipped is the RT one as he used his connections to have it shipped directly from China and all the rest are coming direct from PCS.....so if this is a different one 2 guys from the UK have got it direct from China before anyone else...
