It's a very deceitful thing for Yamato to do.

This is another case of bad lighting 100%. The photos are totally blown out and there are crazy shadows. Do not judge her just on these photos.

I have to agree with you Richard.
The prototype did have such soft feature, while I think this portrait suits her best, in my opinion.
I might just get her, but need to see more to make sure.

I wonder if DC approval had anything to with the face change.

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm still going to get her and see for myself.... I know a lot of panic was going on with the Whisper statue in GG forums over some bad pictures also but once I got Whisper in hand she was awesome....
So yeah like SpecFiction said, it's a good chance it's just bad lighting and distortion with the pictures.

Same here, I like the new face, and now will order the statue, but it's bad they didn't give the old face to those who based their pre-orders on it.

Is there an exclusive version of this? I think there were 3 verisons of Harley and 2 of cat woman, so I would like to see the others before I buy.

Dont think so. Kotobukiyas Bishoujo-line would be totally off then. Crazy if they really use the old photos for covering box... outside / inside totally different.. omg.

Have you guys also noticed that all the photos of in hand production pieces show the base without the shield and sword?
I was told that Yamato shipped out some Wonder Woman without the shield and sword.
In the original solicitation photos and also the sample shown at cons, it was with shield and sword.
Yamato never said it was going to omit those.

We did not change our factory and we will send an additional staff to China from now on to inspect every face!. I hope that all of you will allow us the opportunity to express our apologies.
