My excitement for this is through the roof! I agree with nexus, I love my sideshow PF but this is awesome and my most anticipated XM statue. Waiting for the Koto as well. MORE T'Challa!!!!

The only thing I don't like about the PF is the unmasked head. It looks weird to me. If XM adds another head I'd prefer they do a 2nd masked head in a different creative style but if they end up doing an unmasked head I hope it's similar to Mike Deodato's T'Challa. T'Challa's face has no consistency and he can appear really young or really old looking but I think Deodato did a good job.

As BP's design is fairly simple, maybe you could luck out with three portraits. Two masked and one unmasked.

Deodato style would work for me for the unmasked. I just would not want to see a bald T'Challa. That has just never worked for me. One day I'd love to see a Shuri Black Panther. May have to end up being a custom though.

Not a bad idea! I'd dig that!

We're on the same page with all of this...ABSOLUTELY NO to the 1999/early 2000s bald head. I love the Priest Black Panther run but I never understood why he was bald. But then again most black male characters at some point are depicted as bald and it makes no sense...Cyborg, Patriot, Luke Cage, Blade, John Stewart, Black Lightning, etc...Is it because some artists have difficulty drawing black hair? I don't understand it. Black men are just like any other men, they shave their heads mainly if they're balding, but typically not if they have a perfectly fine head of hair.

Black Panther's suit is vibranium microweave material though, not regular cloth like cotton, leather, polyester, spandex, etc. The whole basis of his costume is make believe.

Fantastic! The added details are awesome!

And I'm glad the spear shaft thickness was fixed. That was bugging me, but I didn't say anything in hopes that XM would fix it eventually. Great job, XM!
