I'm hoping the 360 price does drop, then I'll get one. Seems like they may do the $399 area since 360 got away with it. Next thing you know games will be $100.

Sony should go all out and put it at $299 - $350. They have to play catch up and that would certainly help them close the gap pretty quick. They're going to take a loss even at $399 so just take a bigger hit, they will make the money back and then some with the games anyway.

I looked at web-site earlier today saying that sony might take a billion dollar lost on the ps3 to compete with Microsoft price wize,,,,,,,

Well, I'm currently an employee at EB Games and word around the shop is a September release with a MSRP of $400. So there.

In all honesty, I'm much more of a PS fan, so getting the PS3 will be definite. WHEN I'll be getting it is another story. I'm sorry, but I'm not willing to shell out an arm and a leg for one. I'm gonna do what I did for the PS2 (which I love, BTW): WAIT. Once it goes down to a price that seems reasonable, I'm purchasing one. Hell, I'm in love with the PSP, but I haven't bought one yet, not even with my employee discount! Sheesh!
